Villa Renata is for the exclusive use of renters. Located on the edge of residential area of Monticiano, it is accessible via a short private and unpaved road. The villa enjoys great privacy, despite being close to the town center which can be reached with a short walk.

Ideal for families with children and groups of friends who want to spend a holiday surrounded by nature, the Villa can accommodate up to 7 people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Established in 2001 from the renovation of an ancient building, the Villa keeps intact the charm of the Tuscan tradition that is transmitted by admiring the chestnut beams, terracotta and Tuscan stone, while offering modern comforts such as a Jacuzzi and saltwater pool.
