Flavors and sunsets over the valley
The patio, accessible from the kitchen and the living room, is a space designed to be enjoyed at any time of day. It features a built-in wood-fired oven and a stone barbecue, along with two large marble worktops for food preparation.
From the dining table, the view opens onto the surrounding woodland and the Abbey of San Galgano, creating a unique backdrop for every meal. In the area adjacent to the living room there is also a foosball table overlooking the pool, perfect for moments of leisure.
Swimming pool
Light, water and silence
The swimming pool is located right in front of the villa, on a natural terrace bathed in sunlight from sunrise to sunset. The water, treated with sea salt and without the use of chemicals, offers an authentic relaxation experience, also enjoyable in the evening thanks to night lighting.
The pool measures 11 x 5.50 metres and has a variable depth ranging from 110 cm to 170 cm at its deepest point. Next to the steps there is a heated whirlpool. The heat-resistant edge allows you to walk and stand comfortably without the surface becoming too hot under the sun.
The pool area is equipped with a hot and cold shower, fridge, stereo system, sun loungers and umbrellas. During the stay, and by prior agreement, the property may briefly access the area for pool maintenance and cleaning.
Garden
The terrace of San Galgano
The villa is also known as “the terrace of San Galgano” for the extraordinary panorama that surrounds it. The garden, approximately 5,000 sqm, overlooks a beautiful valley of woodland, with views of the Abbey of San Galgano and the Hermitage of Monte Siepi, where the legendary sword in the stone is preserved, linked to the Arthurian tradition.
The outdoor space is well maintained and fully fenced, with access via an automated gate.
