Villa Renata is reserved for the exclusive use of a single family or group of friends: there are no other guests. It is located on the outskirts of Monticiano, accessible via a private unpaved road of about 200 meters, and offers great privacy while still being close to the village center.

Established in 2001 from the renovation of an ancient building, the Villa keeps intact the charm of the Tuscan tradition that is transmitted by admiring the chestnut beams, terracotta and Tuscan stone, while offering modern comforts such as a Jacuzzi and saltwater pool.
